Faustino do Prado Xavier

Faustino was designated Kapellmeister of the Mogi das Cruzes church at age of 21, posteriorly he moved to São Paulo Cathedral. There aren’t  many information about his musical performance, but it’s known that he was designated Kapelmeister ‘’due to his expertise in art of music’’, according to the testimony of Bishop of Rio de Janeiro at the time of his appointment.
