Conductor and composer, Ricciardi studied musicology and founded the Music Programs in USP Ribeirão Preto, where he is a professor and conductor of the Philharmonic Orchestra. He is involved in artistic and research activities. He was the creator of the first Bachelor program focused in country guitar learnings in Brazil. Bela Bartók and Gilberto Mendes, among others, inspire his works.
