Luiz Melodia

Son of samba composer Oswaldo Melodia and raised on Morro de São Carlos. He created a music band called Os Instantâneos when he was still a teenager along with Manoel, Nazareno and Mizinho, playing hits of Jovem Guarda and Bossa Nova movements. The experience at Estácio (samba school) along with the sounds of his youth resulted in a combination that give Melodia a unique composing style.
