Since his childhood, Celso showed interest in music and began taking piano lessons at the age of six. At the Art Institute of UFRGS he found the professor that would influence his entire carrier, Armando Albuquerque. Celso acted in radios promoting classical music until the decade of 1980, when began to dedicate himself to the activities in UFRGS and composing.
